Compatible clothing catalog
CXG-GTFAT switches between the Normal and Fat geometries available for certain in-game clothing. It is intended for male and female freemode models; it does not add clothing collections or replace the player's selections.
Which clothing is covered
Selection is based on the top worn by the character and the clothing groups prepared for that top. Appearance can update when tops, pants, arms, or undershirts change. On compatible tops, the switch uses the included alternate geometry and preserves clothing IDs and textures.
Coverage includes selected clothing from the game's base and complementary collections. Not all external, custom, or third-party clothing is covered. An item without a matching rule may keep its Normal appearance or use an available alternate rule; compatibility with every clothing pack is not guaranteed. Covered content is part of the resource and is not an editable catalog in config.lua.
| Character | Reserved technical decals | Neutral decal |
|---|---|---|
| Male freemode | 0, 1, and 2 | 3 |
| Female freemode | 0, 1, 2, and 3 | 4 |
Reserved decals on component 10 control the alternate variants. They cannot be used at the same time as ordinary decals, and they are not claimed to be invisible. The neutral decal preserves the base appearance specified by the game. If the player had an ordinary, non-reserved decal, the resource attempts to restore it when Fat is turned off.
Practical limits
- Only male and female freemode models are managed; custom peds do not receive this transformation.
- Another selector that also writes component decals may conflict. Do not run two selectors for the same character.
- Appearance menus may save a technical decal while Fat is active. Use the save integration described in Integrations.
- Clothing added by an external pack may not have alternate geometry prepared. Its visual coverage depends on the included rules.
- Eating, exercise, or other hunger and training systems do not change weight automatically.
Check coverage with the clothing and appearance menu used on your server before enabling it for players.
